I've received an error saying my credit report has 'no hit', what do I do?

'No Hit' errors are caused by information on your credit report not matching the information on your MyMarble account. The most common causes of a no hit error are mismatches in your name or address.
To fix this error, please ensure the information in your MyMarble account matches that on your credit report. You can do this by going to the settings section of the MyMarble dashboard (found by clicking the cog icon). Adding your SIN number can also help.
Once you have updated your information please email [email protected] and we will be able to refresh your credit information for you.
