How to change or cancel your MyMarble paid subscription

To change your paid MyMarble subscription to our free community tier, go to the billing section on your MyMarble portal. From there, click ‘change plan’. You will be able to change to a free MyMarble plan to stop future billing. You’ll still have access to your current paid features until the end of your current billing period.
If you are unable to change your plan, please contact [email protected] and an agent will be able to assist you!
If you have purchased Boost subscription financing, please email [email protected] requesting cancellation of your service. At this time, Boost cannot be cancelled through the MyMarble dashboard.
