What is the MyMarble Satisfaction Guarantee?

This guarantee applies to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, that have purchased a Marble Premium subscription and has actively used the Program and following the recommendations for more than three (3) consecutive months.

By this guarantee, Marble guarantees your satisfaction with the Marble Premium subscription program you purchased (the “Program”) for a period of 30 days from the completion of your Program (the “Guarantee Period”). If within the Guarantee Period you determine that you are not satisfied with the Program, you may make a guarantee claim under these terms and conditions. This guarantee only covers your satisfaction regarding the Program.

To make a guarantee claim during the Guarantee Period, please contact our Customer Success team by email at [email protected] or 1-855-661-2390 and provide the following information:

Your name

Your email contact information

The Program you purchased

The date the Program was purchased

Reason(s) why you are not satisfied with the Program

Once your guarantee claim has been submitted and accepted by Marble, Marble shall extend the term of the Program for 60 days at no additional cost to you.

Marble makes no warranties (express, implied, statutory or otherwise) regarding the Program. This guarantee does not affect statutory rights you may have nor those rights that cannot be excluded or limited. You may assert any right you have at your sole discretion.
